Reimagine & rebuild ftc.gov.
The Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) mission is to protect the American consumers and maintain competition in the marketplace. As part of this extensive redesign over 90,000 static HTML pages were required to migrate into a new content management system (CMS). Additionally the site suffered from a navigation structure that reflected the internal operations of the Commission and did not support the tasks that users needed. Adding to the mix was a robust and diverse set of stakeholders, each with their own was of operating and contributing to the site.
