An international real estate leader, specializing in high-end properties, had to re-imagine its online experience to stay competitive.
Engel & Völkers® Americas needed to elevate their brand experience for clients seeking luxury properties. Not only was Engel & Völkers® competing against other real estate giants, they were competing for agents - and needed to showcase their ability to be customizable and adaptable to market needs. The architecture needed to be flexible enough to allow agents and brokerages to build their own custom sites while adhering to the new brand experience. In the end a robust atomic design system was built that allowed everyone to be scalable and adaptable - making it easy to add features and functionality on-demand.
