With a customer base rooted in a more traditional procurement process of PDFs and email chains, Nimbl sought to create an environment that was easy to adopt and provided immediate value to their customers. They system had to be easy to use and change their perspective on how projects could be submitted, managed, and completed.

Creating an enhanced on-boarding experience and easy to navigate architecture, early testing has shown customers can quickly become active participants in this new collaborative workspace.
